Clear pricing

My pricing model is straightforward: a fixed package plus materials, or an hourly rate of $150/hr. If you are unsure of the cost don't be afraid to reach out for a clear and transparent cost. My goal is to take out the worry of not knowing the costs before a project starts. 

What's excluded

My service excludes structural engineering, major consenting work, material costs, and specialist design. I focus on coordination to keep your project efficient and cost-effective. If you are needing help to lodge a council consent, I am only to happy to point you in the right direction. I can also point you in the right direction of a structural engineer if required.

Who it’s for Home owners that live locally or aborad and need work done on their property, investment property owners that need some work done on their property that may not know where to start. It doesn't have to be a massive amount of work or cost to manage your project. You are better to hire someone with construction industry knowledge than leave your asset in the hands of someone with little to no construction knowledge.

Inclusions Project plan; trade coordination; invoice reconciliation; site visits if required to check progress; emails and phone calls to contractors and a final inspection on completion of work.
